Senior executive with over 16 years' experience across diverse industries. Founded career as Director/Chief Executive of A & J Holdings (2005-2011), transitioned to Director/Group General Manager of NWTL in 2011. As Group Managing Director, has driven growth across apparel, telecommunications, real estate, construction, security, and F&B sectors.
Director
18+ years in operations and corporate sales with multinationals including Shell (2003), TOTAL (2007), and British American Tobacco (2010). GM Award winner in Fiji (2011) and PNG (2016). Has held senior positions across Kiribati, Vanuatu, Samoa, Fiji, Papua New Guinea and Australia. Spearheaded operational restructure of Force Security Services.
General Manager
International security expert with experience in New Zealand, Middle East and Pacific region. 10+ years working in PNG, intimately familiar with local security challenges. Leads Force Security with commitment to "First class service" nationwide. Oversees operations in Port Moresby, Lae, and Mt Hagen while expanding footprint across PNG.
Group COO - NWTL
Assumed role as Group COO in Sept 2023. 30+ years in senior operations with PNG/Australia's largest retailers including Brian Bell, Harvey Norman, Joyce Mayne, Coles and Bunnings. Specializes in large-scale turnarounds and strategic alignment. Holds Post Graduate Degree from University of Melbourne. Drives long-term growth strategies for NWTL Group.
